  WEATHER WARFARE - IS NOT NEWS !!

My daughter came home this evening asking about the latest so called conspiracy
regarding Weather Warfare. Frankly I was stunned that she felt it was some sort of
secret. In my mind it had been obvious for quite sometime that there were intended
modifications of the weather by technology.  I suppose that working in the world of 
defense for so many years I have become callous to what others would deduce.
Thus prompting my late night enthusiasm to write another blog rather than sleep.

My future dream job is to be the strange but happy old guy greeting folks at Walmart
thus able to live out my remaining years in a mind numbing blissful peace sniffing the
smell of new stuff while marveling at people purchasing crap they do not need.

The fact is during the early 1980's while working for a well known defense contracting
company I wrote a "White paper" outlining a new approach for the allocation of DoD
funding for the Research and Development of Weapon Systems. Due to the ever
increasing political resistance toward funding our nations defense it became clear to
me that a reversal of concept was sorely needed  in our approach. Historically we have
developed leading edge technologies to maintain national security through what we 
affectionately refer to as "The Bigger Gun".  Same thought process has been in effect
since the stone age, Spanish Conquistadors...Cowboys and Indians..etc..etc. 
Over the years these technologies discovered through creating the bigger guns for the
purpose of National Security have spun off into the Quality of life segment expanding 
our economy and gross national product in addition to aiding every segment I have
previously mentioned. The Internet, aviation, communication systems, microwave ovens
to name just a few for helping you understand the concept realizing how your defense
dollars actually go a lot further than just defending our way of life but creates it.

The White paper I submitted basically suggested that the DoD reverse the process for
funding from one of Defense first to "Development of technologies for quality of life".
These technologies would be focused upon Energy, Agriculture, Environmental, Medical,
Transportation technologies (Air and Ground), Communication systems, mind altering drugs
or technologies to cure mental illness and expand human awareness. SubSea Technologies
and exploration for energy, agricultural (ocean farming) and environmental purposes.

Finally...one of the most interesting concepts I proposed was "Controlling the Weather"
for all of the reasons previously stated...but also to help prevent natural disaster...OR
to create it...for the purposes of National Defense.  In fact, all of the technologies developed
for increasing our quality of life could be used for purposes of National Defense.  Controlling
the weather would allow a non destructive or destructive capability of deterring or stopping
any threat from reaching our shore.  We could literally stop anything with this technology.
Little did I know weather control was already being experimented with..Nikola Tesla was one
of the first to predict it during his ultra high voltage experiments.  Look it up with key words
like HAARP and the Soviet Woodpecker System..Old news folks...really old news...
Angels Playing Haarps...and Devils Pecking away at the Eco System...

So..there it is..the only secret is there are no secrets, just people not paying attention.
Ask yourself a question, why are the oscillations of El Nino and La Nina more frequent since
early 90's?  Global Warming, hole in the ozone due to fossil fuel emissions! Not even close!
One volcanic eruption is thousands of times greater than what we mere mortals can dump
into the environment in 100 years at peak rate so get over your pathetic SUV guilt trip it's
just another control tactic! Besides the Ozone hole flux is natural occurrence driven by Solar
wind and flares due to the earths magnetic flux lines being strongest at those locations.
Northern lights ring a bell..they flux a bit.

Once again,wake up smell the coffee,pay attention,Situational Awareness folks,get a clue!
Use your bean box for something other than a boat anchor......
